AGE REQUIREMENT
You must be 21+ to purchase from Blüm Reserve.
All deliveries require:
• Valid government-issued ID
• Lions Wheel identity verification
• Signature confirmation
Orders will not be released without proper verification.
SERVICE AREA
We deliver within a 10-mile radius of Northwest Houston.

ORDERING & PAYMENT TERMS
• All orders must be placed on the website.
• Texas requires all payments to be completed before orders leave the facility.
• Accepted payment methods may include Wix manual payments, Cash App, and Zelle.
• Cash on delivery is not accepted.
• All sales are final once the order is placed.
NO-SHOW & FAILED DELIVERY
If the customer is not present or fails ID verification:
• Delivery fees are non-refundable
• A new delivery attempt requires a new delivery fee
Orders will never be left unattended.
