Blüm Reserve Co. LLC complies with all applicable federal and Texas regulations for hemp-derived products. Customers are responsible for ensuring that receiving hemp products is legal in their area.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY DETAILS

Blüm Reserve Co. LLC provides local delivery and shipping services in accordance with state laws and company procedures designed to ensure safety, accuracy, and compliance.

DELIVERY AREA
We deliver within a 10-mile radius of Northwest Houston. Orders placed outside this radius may not qualify for delivery.

DELIVERY WINDOWS
Customers select a 2–3 hour delivery window at checkout. Orders may arrive at any time within the chosen window. Live SMS notifications are used to update customers on order progress.

RECEIVING A DELIVERY
To receive your order, you must:
• Be 21 years of age or older
• Present a valid government-issued ID
• Complete Lions Wheel identity and signature verification
• Be present at the delivery address during your delivery window

Orders are never left unattended and will not be released without proper verification.

NO-SHOW OR FAILED DELIVERY
If you are not available at the time of delivery or cannot verify your identity:
• The delivery fee is non-refundable
• A new delivery fee is required for re-delivery
• Drivers cannot wait beyond a reasonable time frame

PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS
Texas hemp regulations require all orders to be fully paid before they leave our facility. Accepted payment methods may include:
• Wix manual payment
• Cash App
• Zelle
Cash on delivery is not permitted.

ORDER MINIMUMS
• Delivery orders require a minimum of $60
• Shipped orders require a minimum of $50

DELIVERY DELAYS
Delivery times may be affected by traffic, weather, or operational conditions. While we aim to deliver within the selected window, delays may occasionally occur.
 

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES & POLICY APPLICATION

To ensure smooth and compliant delivery, customers must provide accurate information and be available during their delivery window. Failure to meet these requirements may result in delays or additional fees.

Customers agree to:
• Provide accurate delivery details at checkout
• Be present during the selected delivery window
• Present valid ID confirming they are 21+
• Complete all required verification steps
• Ensure a safe and accessible location for delivery

DELIVERY LIMITATIONS
We do not deliver to:
• Individuals under 21
• Locations outside our delivery radius
• P.O. boxes
• Unattended addresses or third parties

SHIPPED ORDERS
Shipped orders are handled through standard carriers. Tracking information will be provided when applicable. Shipping times may vary due to carrier conditions outside our control.

ORDER SECURITY
For safety, legal compliance, and product integrity:
• Orders cannot be left at doors, mailboxes, or unattended locations
• Only the verified recipient may receive the order
